Meet Haley, Type to Learn's Customer Success Manager

Type to Learn’s Customer Success Team is focused on achieving 100% customer satisfaction through ensuring Type to Learn is simple to use, engaging for students and that classroom time is never wasted. Keyboarding is a foundational technology skill necessary for all students at all levels. The Customer Success Team is proud to support schools and districts that have adopted Type to Learn. Haley Garcia leads this team of professionals dedicated to helping educators achieve their technology goals.  


Haley Garcia is the Customer Success Manager at Sunburst Digital, who is responsible for classroom success of schools using Type to Learn. Haley grew up in the Chicagoland area and graduated from DePaul University in 2016, where she received her Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology, with a concentration in human development. Haley first joined Sunburst as a Digital Curriculum Advisor, helping educators discover innovative digital teaching tools.  


Haley quickly learned the important role technology plays in the classroom, as well as the risk any educator faces bringing new tools to the classroom. Every minute counts in classrooms, so reliability and ease of use is critical to teachers and students. Being a single mom, Haley understands the importance of time and lack there of. Students should benefit from the use of technology solutions, especially typing skills, so they can properly utilize other digital resources and perform better at online tests.  Students and teachers require solutions to work and resources readily available to meet the needs of schools today. Haley feels a great sense of satisfaction in helping educators get started with innovative solutions and ensure support needs are met.


Classroom success is engrained in every member of Sunburst's Customer Success team.  As a parent, Haley understands the challenge to get a child to sit still and focus. This understanding inspired Haley to become invested in the Customer Success Department and lead a team all aligned to the core value of helping educators make their jobs a bit easier. Sunburst strives to ensure that customers are proactively supported in the implementation of their purchased solution and are able to successfully use solutions in the classroom. The Customer Success Team is committed to making sure that customers feel as valued as they are by investing in their success.
