Type to Learn Home: Did not receive my verification email

If you purchased Type to Learn online but never received your activation email, first, check your spam/junk folder to make sure it didn’t get missed.

If you can’t find the email anywhere, send an email to support@sunburst.com with the following information:

  • Your First and Last Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Your Email Address

We will reset your username, which sends out a new activation email containing your username and a new password.
