Keys Do Not Respond

Issue: Type to Learn does not respond when the student types a key.

If Type to Learn does not respond when a student types a key, please ensure that the CAPS Lock button is NOT engaged.

If you’re using a bluetooth keyboard, there could be a problem with the firmware needing to be updated. You should check that all firmware is updated and the keyboard is connecting normally.

If this does not resolve your issue, please submit a new support request containing as many details as possible for additional support.
