Lesson is Not Saving Progress

If you are encountering a situation where lessons are not saving progress, please check the following:

  1. Make sure that the URLs for Type to Learn are whitelisted on your school’s network.
  2. Make sure the student’s session didn’t time out, requiring them to log in again (this happens after 30 minutes of inactivity)
  3. That the browser your students are using to access Type to Learn are either:
    • Chrome
    • Firefox
    • And that the browser used is at the highest version possible
    • Check to see if the PopUp Blocker on the browser is also allowing Type to Learn’s URLs. This is also needed to ensure that Lesson progress is being saved.

If, after checking these items, you are still seeing the Lessons are not saving their progress, please contact Sunburst Digital Support.
